Adult Day Services can help enable individuals have the support they need during the day, while allowing the individual to return to continue living in the comfort of home. These programs also benefit family caregivers by providing a break, enabling them to work during the day or manage other responsibilities. To be eligible for our services, You must 60 years old or older. Have a physical medical examination within 3 months prior to admission. Be eligible for community-based services such as the Pennsylvania Corporation for Aging (PCA), Maximus or any other publicly funded programs.

Our hours of operation are Monday -Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

At Credence Eldercare Services, we provide transportation through Mercy Fleet Transportation.
